About our Single Serve Meals

Our recipe boxes are slow cooked for 3-4 hours using our Signature Evaporation Method to provide bone broth concentrated sauce & soups, think like a 'stock cube'.

Every week box is cooked with bone broth & NO Added Water

Heating Instructions

Our Recipe boxes are condensed down like a 'stock cube' your job is to expand them by adding water & simmering to make your bone broth sauce!

Prepare from Thawed
1. Remove Lid & Labels

2. Add boiling water to just below the top line and stir.

3. Place in the oven on 180C for 10 minutes. Serve & add toppings.

Prepare from Frozen
1. Remove Lid & Labels

2. Add boiling water to just below the top line and stir.

3. Place in the oven on 130C for 20 minutes - to thaw.

4. Raise temperature to 180C for a further 10 minutes. Serve & add toppings.

Storage

Frozen: It is best to consume your meals within 6 months of freezing for the best nutrition and taste.

Thawed: It is best to consume your meals within 5 days.

  • Dairy products we use only: Meredith Dairy Sheep’s Yoghurt, Zanetti Pecorino Sheep cheese & Grass-Fed Ghee
  • Locally sourced and organically grown produce
  • Packaged ingredients (ex; tomato paste/coconut cream, rice, buckwheat) are certified organic, always GF and sourced from honest to goodness
  • Water is naturally filtered & remineralised by Bountiful water direct from Currumbin Valley
  • Meat is sourced from local farmers (Certified Organic, Free from: hormones, preservatives, dye, antibiotics, & mRNA)
