What if I forgot to Order by 1pm Tuesday
Simply place your order & it will be delivered the following Friday instead!
or, DM us on Instagram/email us to see what we have on hand for last minute pickups. We often have meals available for you to pickup asap.
Can I order to pickup today?
Often, Yes! DM/email me & ask what I have on hand to pickup asap.
True deep support is one of my biggest values, so I often keep meals on hand for last minute pickups to help!
How do I order as gift?
1. Add your selected products to Cart as normal
2. Optional: Add a 'Personalised Gift Note' by selecting it from our shop
3. Head to checkout, fill out 'Recipient Details' with the gift receives details & then scroll down and fill out 'Buyer Details' with your own details.
We do the rest, our couriers will deliver it to their door with your personalised message!
What is your Minimum Order?
Delivery - $130 (our minimum order is to alleviate meals rattling around in a box and potentially being damaged)
Pickup - No Minimum Order
EVERY single ingredient is Organic, Grass-Fed, Pasture Raised, Gluten Free, Low Fodmap, functional medicine based
Ingredients
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
All of our meals are made fresh from scratch & snap frozen to ensure you receive the highest quality - don’t worry we’ve tested all the recipes & because of our signature 'evaporation cooking method' it doesn’t effect flavour!
Are all the products certified gluten free?
We only use and source gluten-free ingredients.
However, our kitchen is not a "certified" gluten-free kitchen so we cannot make the claim ‘certified’ gluten-free
Do you use dairy?
Not for any of our recipe boxes.
We do use dairy, for snacks & deserts.
We use specific types of dairy that support the gut microbiome & are only low lactose.
Our only dairy Products: Grass-fed Ghee, Sheep’s Yoghurt, Sheep’s Pecorino Cheese, Goats Cheese.
Do you cater for allergies?
If you have any allergies, please reach out to discuss which recipes will be best suited for you.
Our Recipe Boxes do not contain peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, fish, shellfish, soy, lupin, and wheat.
However our snacks & deserts contain organic low lactose dairy & pasture raised eggs.
We do not customise recipes however we can exclude certain recipes from your package.
*many of our items are prepared in facilities that process wheat, soy, peanuts, dairy, and tree nuts. Whilst we take absolute care to prevent cross-contamination, if you have an extreme allergy please note that cross-contamination is still a possibility with our food.
Can I modify the ingredients?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate for those needing to adjust ingredients in the recipes.
However, please feel free to reach out and see what alternative recipes we have to suit your needs.
Do you have vegetarian/vegan options?
Currently we do not offer vegan or vegetarian options.
My passion is to focus on what I truly believe in. To us, meat is medicine. It's the most nutrient dense food on the planet and helps speed recovery, improve energy, and balance hormones.
To ensure we align with our ethical values we only source local grass-fed, pasture raised, & organic meat/poultry from farms that mimic the natural environment.
Can I taste the organ meat?
Nope!
I totally get it, organ meat is not something you crave to taste.
However, organs are the most nutrient dense food on the planet. They contain enormous levels of bioavailable vitamins, minerals and protein that promote healing, so we do our best to include liver where possible.
My 5yo personally tested all the liver recipes with full approval of no effect on taste!

We offer a $25 Flat rate across all our regions!

How are the meals delivered?
Our meals are made fresh and snap frozen for delivery.
Then packed into cardboard boxes with icepacks to support keeping them cold.
Our refrigerated courier service then picks up your orders and carefully brings them to you! Similar to meal delivery services like HelloFresh or Youfoodz.
They are left at your door in a safe shaded area.
How will I know my package is on its way?
Our couriers will SMS you the morning of the delivery day with a live tracking link.
Plus, you will receive an SMS confirming it has arrived at your door.
Northern Rivers does not include live tracking*
What time is delivery?
Delivery is anytime 7am - 6pm.
Our couriers cannot confirm an exact time they will deliver however you will receive an SMS text the morning of, with a tracking link + a text once your parcel arrives at your door.

What's the no knock policy?
Our couriers know being a mum is already super busy (and if the baby's asleep the last thing you need is knocking on the door 🫣)
The couriers will place your box at your door and will not knock.
Instead they will text you an SMS to let you know your box is waiting for you at your door!
What is the order cut-off time and delivery date?
Orders need to be in by Tuesday at 1PM for delivery Friday.
Any orders placed after Tuesday 1pm will be delivered the following week.
Do I have to be home when it's delivered?
Nope! We deliver to your front door with ice packs, Recipe boxes can last up to 4 hours outside!
You will get a delivery text to your phone when your box is on it’s way and when the box is delivered to your front door.

How do I pickup?
At Checkout choose “Local Pickup - Thursday”
You will receive an email with the address/instructions the night before.
Your meals are place in an eco bag in a freezer at our front door for you to collect within your own time.

Pickup is anytime 7am - 6pm (or email for an alternative time)

Postpartum Ordering
Are your meals suitable for postpartum?
Yes! Every one of our recipes is designed to suit postpartum, as well as to support gut healing and everyday.
Every recipe is slow cooked for 3+ hours to support you during this tender time to support your delicate digestion. We've combined this with high protein, fat, & minerals to ensure you also are deeply nourished.
How early should I order?
I suggest ordering between 34 - 40 weeks pregnant.
Your meals will arrive within days and you can have your freezer stocked ready to go!
Our meals last up to 6 months in the freezer which means their perfect to stock up early!
Can I add these to a gift registry/meal train?
Yes! simply copy our 'shop' website link and add it to your registry or meal train link.
Buyers can even purchase a personalised gift note to share with you in your box!
I am 38 weeks, is it too late to order?
Nope! Your meals arrive within days of ordering to have your freezer stocked. This is the perfect time to prepare!
Even if you are 8+ weeks postpartum it is never too late to ask for support! I am here to help.

Storage
How long does the food last in the freezer?
It is best to consume your meals within 6 months of freezing for the best nutrition and taste.
How long does the food last in the fridge?
It is best to consume your meals within 5 days.
The old-fashioned smell-test works great if it's been a week or so. Trust your gut and use your best judgement.
How much freezer space do I need?
Our Rectangular meal packages are stackable & slide in side-by-side to maximise space.
For a standard stand alone tall freezer. You can fit 8 boxes in 1 freezer draw. (That’s 24 serves!).
Alternatively, please email/dm me a photo of your freezer space and I can let you know an estimate.

Reheating
How do I reheat a Recipe Box?
Our Recipe boxes are condensed down like a 'stock cube' your job is to expand them by adding water & simmering to make a sauce!
Prepare from Thawed
1. Place box contents into a medium size saucepan.
2. Add 1 cup liquid per recipe box (about 1/3 cup per serve) and stir.
3. Simmer for 7-10 minutes on medium heat. Serve & add toppings.
Prepare from Frozen
1. Place box contents into an oven safe baking dish.
2. Add 1 cup liquid per box (about 1/3 cup per serve) and stir.
3. Place in the oven for 45 minutes on 130 degrees - to thaw.
4. Stir & raise temperature to 180C for a further 20 minutes. Serve & add toppings.
Why is my meal gluggy?
Our Recipe boxes are cook with ONLY homemade broth & no added water or fillers, which means lots of healing gelatine. Gelatine acts like a jelly and will thicken up when cooled.
Simply reheat (adding liquid) to create a smooth sauce or delicious soup! Think like a stock cube!

Returns & Refunds
I care deeply for our community and feel it is important that all our customers know we are open ears to help with any faults.
As of today (May 2025) we've never had any complaints/ had to replace or refund a meal.
If you're not happy, please tell us, and we can either replace with a new package or offer a refund.
