About our Family Recipe Boxes
Our recipe boxes are slow cooked for 3 hours using our Signature Evaporation Method to evaporate any moisture and reduce the broth sauce down, think like a 'stock cube'.
This way your box isn't filled with any filler ingredients, just nutrient dense goodness!

Ingredients
chicken bone broth (filtered water, pasture raised chicken bones, carrot*, celery*, ACV*, celtic salt ), grass-fed lamb, tomato puree*, quinoa rice shells*, carrot*, celery*, grass-fed beef tallow, grade A maple syrup*, tomato paste*, celtic salt, spices*

All ingredients are naturally gluten-free.
May contain traces of wheat, soy, peanuts, milk, and tree nuts. Not suitable for coeliacs.
Heating Instructions
Our Family Recipe boxes are made using our signature cooking method where we turn your sauce/soup into a bone broth concentrate specifically flavoured to that meal! Think like a 'stock cube'
Your job is to expand your broth sauce/soup by adding water & simmering to make a sauce!
Prepare from Thawed
1. Place box contents into a warm saucepan.
2. Add 1 cup water per 1.1kg family recipe box and stir. (Add an extra 1/2 cup for soups*)
3. Simmer for 7-10 minutes on medium heat. Add toppings & Serve.
Prepare from Frozen
1. Place box contents into an oven safe baking dish.
2. Place in the oven for 45 minutes on 130 degrees - to thaw.
3. Add 1 cup water per 1.1kg family recipe box and stir. (Add an extra 1/2 cup for soups*)
4. Stir & raise temperature to 180C for a further 20 minutes. Add toppings & Serve.
Storage
Frozen: It is best to consume your meals within 6 months of freezing for the best nutrition and taste.
Thawed: It is best to consume your meals within 5 days.
